The A/C was repaired Tuesday!! Luckily it has been beautiful outside with tempuratures in the 60s at night and highs of 80 during the day, so we survived without it for a few days. Although the parts were covered under waranty, the labor was not. Needless to say, I should have gone into the Air Conditioning business!
We were very fortunate that our electric was turned on so quickly. Most of South East Texas is still without power, and it's going on a week for some of those residents.
Our neighbor's church had organized a work team to help with downed trees and home damage in the area. They came over the other day and chopped up the tree in the back yard and hauled it out to the curb for us! We are so blessed to have such wonderful neighbors!
Other than that, Mark and I are back to working normal hours again, and are slowly getting back into our routines. T-1 day and counting until Mom gets here!!
